When you hire us, Phoenix Roof Master, as your Phoenix roofing contractor, these terms govern every job — from a minor roof repair to a full metal roof installation. We keep them clear so you know exactly what to expect. Our residential roofing and commercial roofing services come with written estimates, payment schedules, and warranty details. How Do Payments and Deposits Work?

We require a 25% deposit on all roof replacement and roof installation projects over $2,500. The balance is due upon completion of your roof inspection and final walkthrough. For roof repair jobs under $1,000, payment is collected after the work passes inspection. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. No hidden fees — ever. If you finance through our partner, terms are disclosed separately. This protects both you and us.

What Warranties Cover Your Roof Work?

Every roof replacement we complete includes a 10-year workmanship warranty — no exceptions. Manufacturer warranties on shingles or metal roofing panels vary by brand, typically 25–50 years. We register your warranty within 30 days of roof installation. For commercial roofing, our warranty covers leaks for 5 years. Storm damage repairs carry a 2-year warranty on labor. We stand behind our craftsmanship because we live and work here in Phoenix.

Can You Cancel or Change Your Order?

Yes, you can cancel any project within 3 business days of signing — no penalty. After that, cancellations may incur a fee equal to our material restocking cost (usually 15–20% of the deposit). Changes to scope — like switching from asphalt shingles to metal roofing — require a signed change order. We never start work without your approval. Our goal is zero surprises.

How Do We Handle Disputes?

Any dispute arising from our services will first go through mediation in Maricopa County. If mediation fails, binding arbitration follows under Arizona law. You waive your right to a class action.
